                                      STATEMENT OF THE CASE                                                 
                   Appellant seeks our review under 35 U.S.C. § 134 of the Examiner’s final                 
            rejection of claims 1-23.  We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b) (2002).                  
                   This appeal arises from the Examiner’s Final Rejection, mailed February 17,              
            2006.  Appellant filed an Appeal Brief in support of the appeal on July 17, 2006                
            and filed a “revised Argument section” (Rvsd Arg.) to the Brief on August 24,
