D. Summary
In view of the record and the foregoing considerations, it is
ORDERED that the rejection of claims 1, 2, and 4 under 35
U.S.C. § 102(b) over Oestreich is AFFIRMED;
FURTHER ORDERED that the rejection of claims 3, 5, 6, 9,
and 10 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over the combined teachings of Oestreich
and Conti is AFFIRMED; and
FURTHER ORDERED that no time period for taking any
subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under
37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
