                                        STATEMENT OF THE CASE                                                    
                   Appellants seek our review under 35 U.S.C. § 134 of the Examiner’s final                      
             rejection of claims 2, 3, 14, 15, 17, and 22-25.  Claims 4-6, 11, 12, 16, 18, 20, and               
             21, the remaining pending claims, are objected to as being dependent upon a                         
             rejected base claim.  We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b) (2002).
