            2           The following findings of fact are believed to be supported by a                               
            3    preponderance of the evidence.  To the extent that a finding of fact is a

            6                                      The invention                                                       
            7           According to Asahi Glass, an object of the invention is to provide a                           
            8    polyurethane elastomer having low hardness and excellent mechanical                                   
            9    strength.  Specification, page 2:21-24.                                                               
           10           The invention is readily understandable by reference to claim 1.
