defined by JIS K 6253 and a tensile strength (X) (MPa) defined
by JIS K 6251, of a polyurethane elastomer obtained by curing
the composition is represented by X>H/10.

in the Evidence Appendix of the Appeal Brief. We understand JIS K 6253
to be a testing method, similar to an ASTM test, for measuring hardness.
We understand JIS K 6251 to be a testing method for measuring tensile
strength. We understand the formula X>H/10 to be saying that tensile
strength when measured by JIS K 6251 will be greater than 1/10 of hardness
when measured by JIS K 6253.
The active-hydrogen-containing groups of the chain extender can
be hydroxyl groups [―OH] or amino groups [―NH2]. Specification,
