1 DECISION ON APPEAL
2 The subject matter of the claims on appeal relates to improved wet
3 adhesion in water-based paints.1 The examiner rejected all of the pending
4 claims as encompassing subject matter that would have been obvious to a
5 person having ordinary skill in the art at the time the application was filed.
6 The appellant (Air Products) seeks review. We affirm.
