California Government Code Section 831.6Legal Research Home > California Lawyer > Government Code > California Government Code Section 831.6 Sponsored LinksNeither the State nor an employee of the State is liable under this chapter for any injury caused by a condition of the unimproved and unoccupied portions of: (a) The ungranted tidelands and submerged lands, and the beds of navigable rivers, streams, lakes, bays, estuaries, inlets and straits, owned by the State.
