For those cases in which support is payable to the clerk of the circuit court for transmittal to the Illinois Department of Public Aid by order of court, and the Illinois Department of Public Aid collects support by assignment offset, withhold, deduction or other process permitted by law, the Illinois Department of Public Aid shall notify the clerk of the date and amount of such collection.
