Notice of intent to move residence

Sec. 10. If an individual who has been awarded custody of a child
under this chapter (or IC 31-6-6.1-11 before its repeal) intends to
move to a residence other than a residence specified in the custody
order that is outside Indiana or at least one hundred (100) miles from
the individual's county of residence, the individual must:
(1) file a notice of that intent with the clerk of the court that

issued the custody order; and
(2) send a copy of the notice to each noncustodial parent.
