Submission to department
Sec. 2. Not later than the tenth day of each month, the clerk of the
court shall forward to the state department of health the following:
(1) Each record of a paternity determination entered during the
preceding month.
(2) Each order entered during the preceding month indicating
that a court has set aside a paternity determination.
(3) Any other related reports that the state department of health
requires.
