Indiana Code - Family Law and Juvenile Law - Title 31, Section 31-18-3-12

Nondisclosure of information in exceptional circumstances

Sec. 12. Upon a finding, which may be made ex parte, that the
health, safety, or liberty of a party or child may be unreasonably put
at risk by the disclosure of identifying information, or as provided by
an existing order, a tribunal or a Title IV-D agency or its agents may
determine that:
(1) the address of the party or child; or
(2) other identifying information;
may not be disclosed in a pleading or other document filed in a
proceeding under this article.
