Description of implementation
Sec. 2. The local plan must describe the department's
implementation of this article, including the following:
(1) Organization.
(2) Staffing.
(3) Mode of operations.
(4) Financing of the child protection services.
(5) The provisions made for the purchase of service and
interagency relations.
