Budget and appropriations from family and children's fund
Sec. 13. (a) Upon receiving the initial plan and each revised or
updated plan, the county fiscal body shall consider the plan in
developing the family and children's fund budget.
(b) The county fiscal body may appropriate from the family and
children's fund any amounts necessary to provide funding to
implement the plan.
