"Restrictive placement"

Sec. 113. "Restrictive placement", for purposes of IC 31-38,
means a residential placement of a child at a residence other than:
(1) the home of the child's parent, grandparent, sibling, aunt,
uncle, cousin, stepparent, or guardian; or
(2) a residence that is:
(A) located in the child's county of residence; and
(B) maintained by a person as the person's home.
