"Foster parent"

Sec. 47. "Foster parent", for purposes of the juvenile law, means
an individual who provides care and supervision to a child in:
(1) a foster family home (as defined in IC 12-7-2-90); or
(2) a home approved as a foster family home under IC 12-17.4.
