Indiana Code - Family Law and Juvenile Law - Title 31, Section 31-9-2-58.5

"Indicated"

Sec. 58.5. "Indicated", for purposes of IC 31-33-8-12, means facts
obtained during an investigation of suspected child abuse or neglect
that:
(1) provide:
(A) significant indications that a child may be at risk for

abuse or neglect; or
(B) evidence that abuse or neglect previously occurred; and
(2) cannot be classified as substantiated or unsubstantiated.
