General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 112 Registration of Certain Professions and Occupations - Section 87TTT Application for license; qualifications of applicant

Section 87TTT. Applications for licenses, signed and sworn to by the applicant, shall be made on forms furnished by the board and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee for examination and for issuance of a license; the fee for the license shall be returned in the event the license is not issued. Each applicant shall furnish evidence of good moral character. No license shall be issued unless evidence of good moral character as required by this section, is found.

No license shall be issued unless the application has been on file with the board at least ten days. A master technician technical license shall not be issued to any person under eighteen years of age.
