Section 87VVV. Whoever, without being licensed as required by section eighty-seven RRR, engages in the business of maintaining or repairing of radio or television receivers, shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for not less than thirty days nor more than three months, or both.
