General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 33 Militia - Section 64 Exclusion of traffic from highways during target practice

Section 64. The governor, with the advice and consent of the council, and under such regulations as he may prescribe, may exclude traffic from highways during target practice or maneuvers of any organization or unit of the armed forces of the United States or of any state thereof, whenever he deems that public convenience or safety so requires.
