Successor not subject to certain claims against or other obligations of transferor of special declarant’s right. NRS 116.3104 and 116.31043 do not subject any successor to a special declarant’s right to any claims against or other obligations of a transferor declarant, other than claims and obligations arising under this chapter or the declaration.
