The Department of Human Services shall distribute moneys in the Drug Prevention and Education Fund established in ORS 430.422 based on a review of the plans submitted to the office under ORS 430.420. Funding criteria include, but need not be limited to, whether the plan includes the existence or development of a drug treatment court or a drug diversion program. [2005 c.830 §44]
