Every wholesale produce dealer, upon buying on credit any produce from any grower, shall promptly make and keep a correct record showing in detail the following with reference to the handling or sale of such produce:
(1) Name and address of grower.
(2) Date produce is received, and the amount thereof.
(3) Condition of the produce upon receipt of it by such person.
