Unless the person holds a valid license issued under ORS 680.500 to 680.570, a person shall not:
(1) Engage, or offer to engage, in the practice of denture technology; or
(2) Use in connection with the name ofthe person the word “denturist” or any other words, letters or abbreviations or insignia tending to indicate that such person is en-gaged in the practice of denture technology. [1979 c.1 §2; 1993 c.142 §3]
