Oregon Statutes - Chapter 726 - Pawnbrokers - Section 726.990 - Criminal penalties.

(1) Violation, or participation in the violation, of any provision of this chapter by any pawnbroker or any agent, member, officer or employee thereof, or any other person is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than one month and not more than six months, or both.

(2) Upon conviction under subsection (1) of this section, no license shall be granted to such person, nor to the husband or wife of such person, nor to any partnership, association or corporation of which the person is an agent or member, until two years after the date of the conviction.
