(1) The Administrator of the Office of Private Health Partnerships shall, by written order filed with the Secretary of State, appoint a deputy director. The deputy director serves at the pleasure of the administrator, has authority to act for the administrator in the absence of the administrator and is subject to the control of the administrator at all times.
(2) Subject to any applicable provisions of ORS chapter 240, the administrator shall appoint all subordinate officers and employees of the Office of Private Health Partnerships, prescribe their duties and fix their compensation. [2005 c.744 §4]
