The Office of Private Health Partnerships Account is established separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys received by the Office of Private Health Partnerships, other than appropriations from the General Fund and except for moneys in the account established by ORS 735.736, shall be deposited into the account and are continuously appropriated to the office to carry out the duties, functions and powers of the office.
