§ 3.1-402. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Duty of Commissioner in general
It shall be the duty of the Commissioner to inquire carefully into the dairy and food and drink products, and the several articles which are food or drinks, or the necessary constituents of the food or drinks, which are manufactured or sold, or exposed or offered for sale in this Commonwealth.
