§ 3.1-416. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Punishment for hindering Commissioner

Any person who shall willfully hinder or obstruct the Commissioner, or other persons or assistants by him duly authorized, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100, or by imprisonment in the county or city jail for not less than ten days nor more than ninety days, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
