§ 70.190.065. Member's authorization of expenditures -- Limitation
No network member may vote to authorize, or attempt to influence the authorization of, any expenditure in which the member's immediate family has a fiduciary interest. For the purpose of this section "immediate family" means a spouse, parent, grandparent, adult child, brother, or sister. [1996 c 132 § 5.] Notes:
