Obviously in accordance with our reasoning, the width of the second part as explained is smaller than the width of the first part, which first part width comprises the region between the contact holes. Additionally, the length of the second part, that is, the length of the contact hole regions of the collective teachings of the references is obviously less than the length of the regions between the contact holes. SUMMARY In summary, we have reversed the examiner’s rejection of claim 23 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 but have affirmed a separate rejection of claims 46 to 49 under 35 U.S.C. § 103. Additionally, we have entered new grounds of rejection under the provisions of 37 CFR 1.196(b) of claims 23 and 42 to 45. In addition to affirming the examiner’s rejection of one or more claims, this decision contains a new ground of rejection pursuant to 37 CFR § 1.196(b)(amended effective Dec. 1, 1997, by final rule notice, 62 Fed.
