DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the examiner’s final rejection of
claims 1-20, which are all of the claims in the application.
THE INVENTION
Appellants’ claimed invention is directed toward a method
for preparing a coated article and toward the coated article.
Appellants state that except for the recited substrate sulfur
content of less than about 1 ppm, articles of this type were
