                                  DECISION ON APPEAL

This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1
          through 8, 10, 11, and 13 through 31. Claim 9 stands objected to
as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, while claim 12 has
been allowed. These claims constitute all of the claims in the
          application.
