          Thus, this panel of the Board has before it for review claims 1             
          through 8, 21, 22, 24 through 26, 28, and 29.                               


               Appellant's invention pertains to a treatment catheter                 
          insert for use within a treatment catheter.  A basic                        
          understanding of the invention can be derived from a reading of             
          exemplary claims 1 and 8, respective copies of which appear in an           
          appendix to the brief (Paper No. 23).                                       


               As evidence of anticipation and obviousness, the examiner

               The following rejections are before us for review.1                    


               Claims 1 through 7 and 21 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C.               
          § 102(e) as being anticipated by Forman.                                    

               1 A rejection of claims 8, 23 and 30 under 35 U.S.C. § 112,            
          second paragraph, was withdrawn by the examiner on page 6 of the            
          answer (Paper No. 26).
