Irrespective of the soundness of applying the teaching of
Maguire to Forman and the teaching of Imran to Narula, the
Maguire and Imran disclosures do not overcome the deficiencies
noted, supra, relative to each of Forman and Narula. It is for
this reason that the obviousness rejections are not well founded.
In summary, this panel of the Board has not sustained any of
the anticipation and obviousness rejections on appeal.
The decision of the examiner is reversed.
