In view of the foregoing, the decision of the examiner rejecting
claims 25 and 32 under the second paragraph of 35 U.S.C. § 112 is
reversed. Likewise, the rejection of claims 23, 25, 30, 32 and 37 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 is also reversed. Therefore, the decision of the examiner
rejecting various claims on appeal is reversed.
