Summary
We reverse the rejection of claim 6 for indefiniteness, the rejections of claims 5
and 20 for lack of adequate written description, and the rejection of claims 1-4, 9, 16,
17, 19, and 20 for anticipation. However, we affirm the rejection of claim 7 for
indefiniteness.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal
may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
