              8.  “Periodically” means “from time to time.” Webster’s New World                                          
              Dictionary 1004, definition 2 (Third College Edition, 1988).                                               

                     C. PRINCIPLES OF LAW                                                                                
              1.     “A claim is anticipated only if each and every element as set forth in the                          
              claim is found, either expressly or inherently described, in a single prior art                            
              reference.” Verdegaal Bros., Inc. v. Union Oil Co. of Cal., 814 F.2d 628, 631, 2                           
              USPQ2d 1051, 1053 (Fed. Cir. 1987).                                                                        
              2. Anticipation is a question of fact. In re Schreiber, 128 F.3d 1473, 1477, 44                            
              USPQ2d 1429, 1431 (Fed. Cir. 1997).                                                                        
              3. Claims are given the broadest reasonable construction consistent with the                               
              specification.  In re Morris, 127 F.3d 1048, 1054, 44 USPQ2d 1023, 1027 (Fed.                              
              Cir. 1997).
