§ 20. Divisions or bureaus. Existing divisions or bureaus in the
department shall continue until changed, consolidated or abolished
pursuant to this section. The commissioner may establish such divisions
or bureaus as may be necessary for the administration and operation of
the department, under this chapter, and may change, consolidate or
abolish divisions or bureaus. Each division and bureau shall be subject
to the supervision and direction of the commissioner, and shall have
jurisdiction of such matters, exercise such powers and perform such
duties as may be assigned to it by the commissioner.
