Oregon Statutes - Chapter 181 - State Police; Crime Reporting and Records; Public Safety Standards and Training - Section 181.320 - Trial board; members; presiding officer.

A trial board to hear charges against members of the Oregon State Police shall consist of the Superintendent of State Police and two commissioned officers, senior in service, appointed by the superintendent. The superintendent shall be the presiding officer of the trial board. Upon written order of the superintendent, any commissioned officer appointed or designated by the superintendent may sit as presiding officer of the trial board. [Amended by 1971 c.467 §19]
