§ 3.1-368. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Protection from flies, dust and dirt

Food in the process of manufacture, preparation, packing, storing, sale or distribution, must be securely protected from flies, dust, dirt and as far as may be necessary, from all other foreign or injurious contamination. The provisions of this regulation shall also apply to the following fruits: grapes, raisins, currants, figs, prunes, dates, berries, cherries and plums.
