Appeal No. 95-0432 Application 08/002,448 examiner’s rejection of Claims 1 and 3-11, all claims pending in this application. Introduction Claims 1 and 3-11 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable in view of the combined teachings of European Patent Application 335,406 (Atkins), published October 4, 1989, and Godlewski, U.S. 4,703,082, patented October 27, 1987. Representative Claim 1 reads: 1.
