§ 3.1-684.36. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Virginia Irish Potato Fund; audit; Board may cooperate with ot...
All moneys levied and collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be
credited on the Comptroller's books to a fund to be known as the "Virginia
Irish Potato Fund." All moneys credited to the Virginia Irish Potato Fund
are hereby appropriated for the purposes set forth in this chapter and shall
be used exclusively for the purposes set out in this chapter. In carrying out
the purposes of this chapter, the Board shall have the authority to cooperate
with other state, regional and national agricultural organizations in
research, education, publicity, advertising and other promotional activities.
The Auditor of Public Accounts shall audit all the accounts of the Board as
is provided for in § 30-133.
