§ 3.1-684.38. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Penalties
It shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor for any handler knowingly to report falsely to the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services the quantity of Irish potatoes processed or handled by him, or to fail to keep a complete record of the Irish potatoes processed or handled by him or to preserve the records for a period of time less than two years from the time such Irish potatoes are processed or handled.
