Section 10A-4-5.01 - Involuntary dissolution on petition of Attorney General.
The Attorney General may institute proceedings to involuntarily dissolve a domestic professional corporation or a domestic nonprofit professional corporation. A licensing authority may request that the Attorney General institute such proceedings.
