Section 45-17-170.01 - Site evaluation test not required for repair or replacement of existing conventional septic system.
In Colbert County, notwithstanding any law or rule to the contrary, the county health department or its duly appointed agents shall not require a site evaluation test for the repair or replacement of an existing conventional septic tank effluent disposal field.
