Section 45-42-170.40 - Limitations on rock quarries - Distance from Robotics Center.

In Limestone County, after May 11, 2009, no new rock quarry may be established nor may any existing rock quarry be relocated outside the corporate limits of any municipality within two and one-half miles of the Robotics Center at Calhoun Community College.
