Alaska Statutes Sec. 44.88.820 - Use of Fund Balance

Subject to the requirements of AS 44.88.800 - 44.88.840, the authority may use money in the Arctic infrastructure development fund (AS 44.88.810 ) for Arctic infrastructure development.
