Arizona Revised Statutes § 20-101 Department Of Insurance;

20-101. Department of insurance; " commission" defined

A. There shall be a department of insurance which shall be administered by the director of insurance.

B. In this title, unless the context otherwise requires, " commission" means the department of insurance.
