36-3415. Behavioral health expenditures; annual report

Beginning October 1, 2013, the department of health services shall report annually to the joint legislative budget committee on each fiscal year's medicaid and nonmedicaid behavioral health expenditures, including behavioral health demographics including client income, utilization and expenditures, medical necessity oversight practices, tracking of high cost beneficiaries, mortality trends, placement trends, program integrity and access to services.
