Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-1501 Definitions

41-1501. Definitions

In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. " Authority" means the Arizona commerce authority.

2. " Board" means the board of directors of the authority.

3. " Chief executive officer" means the chief executive officer of the authority.
